BEACH WOD

SUMMER IS HERE!  Join us June 8 for a Beach WOD with our friends from Iron Temple! Location: 71 Street and A1A  Time: 9AM. No regular classes will be held on this day.

Regional CrossFit Games

We will be closed Saturday May 18 for the Regional CrossFit Games! We hope to see everyone there to support the games and enjoy the festivities! Games are located at the Palm Beach Convention Center.
